02Gegevens alleen op je apparaatData stored on your device only

Het volgende wordt lokaal opgeslagen in de privé-opslag van de app en is niet toegankelijk voor ons of derden:

• Workout-data: oefeningen, sets, reps, gewichten, datums, sportschool-naam
• Lichaamsmetingen: gewicht, lengte, BMI
• Welzijn-data: slaap, stress, energie, honger en eetlust-scores
• Notities die je per oefening schrijft
• Custom trainings-instellingen: templates, volume landmarks
• App-voorkeuren: taal, gewichts-eenheid, notificatie-instellingen
• Trial-status en entitlement-state

• Workout data: exercises, sets, reps, weights, dates, gym name
• Body measurements: weight, height, BMI
• Wellbeing entries: sleep, stress, energy, hunger, appetite ratings
• Notes you write per exercise
• Custom training settings: templates, volume landmarks
• App preferences: language, weight unit, notification settings
• Trial status and entitlement state

Deze gegevens blijven bewaard tot je de app verwijdert of via Instellingen → Alles wissen handmatig opruimt. Android's automatische Google Drive-backup is voor deze app uitgezet, dus deze data synct niet automatisch naar je Google-account.

This data persists until you uninstall the app or clear its data via Settings → Clear all data. Android Auto Backup to Google Drive is disabled for this app, so this data does not automatically sync to your Google account.

We gebruiken RevenueCat, Inc. (Verenigde Staten) voor het beheren van abonnementen en lifetime-aankopen. Bij het openen van de app of een aankoop stuurt de RevenueCat SDK:

• Een anoniem gebruikers-ID dat bij eerste launch is gegenereerd (een willekeurige UUID, niet gekoppeld aan je naam, email of een account)
• Aankoop-events (start, verlenging, opzegging, refund van abonnement)
• App-versie, device-model en OS-versie (voor fraude-detectie)

• An anonymous user ID generated on first launch (a random UUID, not linked to your name, email, or any account)
• Purchase events (subscription start, renewal, cancellation, refund)
• App version, device model, operating system version (for fraud detection)

Betalingen worden verwerkt door Google LLC via de Google Play Store. Wij zien jouw betaalgegevens nooit. Het privacybeleid van Google geldt voor de betaaltransactie zelf: policies.google.com/privacy

De app maakt een lokaal crash-log-bestand aan wanneer er een fout optreedt. Dit log blijft op je apparaat tenzij jij expliciet op "Crash-log delen" tapt in Instellingen, waarna het via de door jou gekozen app (bv. email) wordt verzonden. Wij ontvangen geen crash-data automatisch.

The app generates a local crash log file when it encounters an error. This log stays on your device unless you explicitly tap "Share crash log" in Settings, in which case it's shared via your chosen messaging app (e.g. email). We do not automatically receive crash data.

04Gegevens die we niet verzamelenData we do not collect

De app verzamelt geen naam, emailadres, telefoonnummer, locatie, contacten, agenda, foto's, browser-historie, advertising-identifier of social-media-accounts. Er zijn geen analytics-diensten (geen Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.) en geen advertising-SDK's.

The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, calendar, photos, browsing history, advertising identifier, or social-media accounts. There are no analytics services (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.) and no advertising SDKs.

• Lokale workout/lichaam/welzijn-data: niet door ons verwerkt — lokaal op je apparaat opgeslagen voor jouw eigen gebruik.
• Abonnementsgegevens via RevenueCat: uitvoering overeenkomst (art. 6 lid 1 sub b AVG) — nodig om het door jou gekochte abonnement te leveren.
• Crash-logs: gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6 lid 1 sub f AVG) — om de stabiliteit van de app te verbeteren, alleen wanneer jij ze deelt.

• Local workout/body/wellbeing data: not processed by us — stored locally on your device for your own use.
• Subscription data via RevenueCat: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — required to deliver the subscription you purchased.
• Crash logs: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to improve the app's stability, only when you opt in by sharing.

06Jouw rechtenYour rights

Omdat bijna alles op je apparaat staat, heb je er directe controle over:

• Inzage: open de app, of gebruik Instellingen → Alles exporteren voor een ZIP met CSV-bestanden.
• Verwijdering: verwijder de app, of gebruik Instellingen → Alles wissen.
• Overdraagbaarheid: de ZIP-export bevat alle data in standaard CSV-formaat.

• Access: open the app to view, or use Settings → Export all data to get a ZIP with CSV files.
• Deletion: uninstall the app, or use Settings → Clear all data.
• Portability: the ZIP export contains all your data in standard CSV format.

Voor RevenueCat-data: stuur een mail naar info@gold-studios.com met je RevenueCat user ID (zichtbaar in Instellingen → Mijn account ID) om inzage of verwijdering aan te vragen. Inwoners van de EU/EER hebben het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

For RevenueCat data, contact us at info@gold-studios.com with your RevenueCat user ID (visible in Settings → My account ID) to request access or deletion. EU/EEA residents have the right to lodge a complaint with a national data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

07Privacy van kinderenChildren's privacy

LiftLog is bedoeld voor gebruikers van 16 jaar en ouder (de minimumleeftijd voor verwerking van persoonsgegevens onder de AVG zonder ouderlijke toestemming in Nederland). We verwerken niet bewust gegevens van kinderen onder de 16. Als je vermoedt dat een kind de app heeft gebruikt: neem contact op en we helpen eventuele gerelateerde data te verwijderen.

LiftLog is intended for users aged 16 and older (the minimum age for processing personal data under GDPR without parental consent in the Netherlands). We do not knowingly process data from children under 16. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will help remove any associated data.

08Internationale doorgifteInternational data transfers

RevenueCat verwerkt gegevens in de Verenigde Staten. Doorgifte van EU/EER-persoonsgegevens wordt beschermd door Standaardcontractbepalingen (Standard Contractual Clauses) goedgekeurd door de Europese Commissie. Google Play Billing kan ook data verwerken in de Verenigde Staten en andere landen.

RevenueCat processes data in the United States. Transfers of EU/EEA personal data are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission. Google Play Billing may also process data in the United States and other countries.

09BeveiligingData security

Lokale data wordt opgeslagen in Android's privé-app-opslag, die door het besturingssysteem gesandboxed is. RevenueCat gebruikt industrie-standaard TLS-encryptie tijdens transport en AES-256 bij opslag.

Local data is stored in Android's app-private storage, which is sandboxed by the operating system. RevenueCat uses industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 at rest.

10Wijzigingen in dit beleidChanges to this policy

We kunnen dit beleid bijwerken naarmate de app evolueert. De "Ingangsdatum" bovenaan toont de laatste versie. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden in de app aangekondigd.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
